Do you have an exchange/refund policy?

We are happy to exchange your unopened product for another within fifteen (15) days of you receiving your order. Due to hygienic reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. Additional refund information is found here.

May I exchange my order?

We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges that have NOT been opened, worn or tampered with.

You may exchange your order ONLY if they have NOT been opened and not taken out of the packaging within the 15 days of receiving your order. 

Why is my order non-exchangeable if opened?

We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.

We are not alone; other hair and beauty suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.

Do I have to pay for the shipping of my exchange or return?

You are responsible for all exchange and or return shipping costs and we recommend that you send your exchange or return with a tracking number as Sully Grace Beauty LLC will not be held responsible for lost returns


When will I receive my exchange?

We will send you the different product after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned products were not opened. 

What is the exchange period?

After we receive your package we can take up to 48hrs to be processed and new products be mailed out.

Be sure to include any promotional items or gifts when doing a refund that may have been included with your purchase. When doing an exchange you do not need to return your promotional items or gifts sent by Sully Grace Beauty LLC.

We strongly suggest keeping your tracking number so we can confirm your package has been safely delivered to us! We will not accept responsibility for items lost during transit. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return your set back to us.

How does it work?

When you make a purchase from Sully Grace Beauty and receive the package create a video, share it on your social media and tag us. Then contact us by sending an e-mail to with the video link for our team to watch it. We will then generate a gift card and reply to your e-mail with the Gift Card information.

How long does the video must be?

Ideally the video should be 3 minutes in length for Youtube and Facebook or 50 seconds for Instagram and TikTok. We simply would love to hear from you and appreciate your time and effort.

How soon can I get the gift card?

After we receive your e-mail with the information expect to receive your Gift Card within 72hrs.

What is the gift card good for?

The gift card is good on all items store wide. Can't be combined with other gift cards.

Does the gift card expire?

All $15 gift cards issued as part of this program will expire in 90 days of being issued.
